I loved this essay. It didn’t feel like two drafts and cutting room floors to me; it felt like it all belonged together, as a kind of collage of your thoughts about care and apathy. But I think by breaking it up that way, you lent a really lovely framework to it all. Thank you for writing it.

I agree with your friend, we will love you whatever you give us. And it is pure perfection. Maybe it was meant to be this way. A Course In Miracles said in today's lesson: "Your passage through time and space is not random. You cannot but be in the right place at the right time."

Love You!

This is the first text I have read from you and although you describe your insecurity at the beginning, I have to tell you that there is something so fundamentally raw and beautiful in this text. It describes little things that sometimes seem obsolete until you reflect on them and learn to appreciate them. Small yet wonderous insights into life through inconspicuous, sometimes uncomfortable events. This text has given me something I can’t express to you, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💌

Very moved by this essay and glad it came in the form it did. I've been ruminating a lot recently about vulnerability, softness, shaped, and your words helped put shape and intention to those thoughts. Really enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing it
